A personal trainer at I’M IN SHAPE is not just a trainer, but also a coach that motivates and stimulates you to get healthy physically as well as mentally. Nutritional coaching can also be included in your training program. Become the best version of yourself and start with Personal Training at I’M IN SHAPE!

Together we decide what time or day the Personal Training takes place. For Personal Training we offer two different training locations, Personal Training at home is also possible! You are welcome to bring your friend, colleague or partner, a maximum number of two people per training session are allowed. Personal Training has the duration of one hour.
