Why I’M IN SHAPE?
I’M IN SHAPE combines weight lifting, athletics and gymnastics in one training style. During the training functional movements are performed in different variations. The main goal is to, despite age, career or physical condition, get in shape and become healthy.

Fat burning
The combination of strength and conditioning training keeps the heartrate up, which eventually leads to muscle building and fat loss.

Muscle building
The use of free weights instead make sure stabilizing muscles are trained, muscles that aren’t with machines in a traditional gym.

Conditioning
With the use of timed challenges, combined with resistance exercises, the vascular endurance will be tested.
